We try to ship as quickly as possible. Most styles are pre-sale custom styles, with most production taking 15-20 days and complex styles taking 30-40 days.

Free express delivery takes 15-30 days. If you need a faster DHL, please contact customer service or the paid express link

However, during peak times (new releases and holidays) you will need to allow a couple more days for processing. PLEASE NOTE: once your package hits the post office, we CANNOT CONTROL where it goes,however we will give you a tracking number.
